Refund policy

At Skyline Heaven LLC, we take pride in the quality of our premium streetwear and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a return or exchange.

1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

 

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

     

  • With all original tags still attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@skylineheaven.com.

  1. Email us with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Please mail your return package to our official business address:

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

3. DAMAGED, WRONG, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception (especially graphic prints, stitching, or zippers).

  • Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • Email us at contact@skylineheaven.com with photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right straight away.

4. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want (like exchanging for a different size of our washed tees or hoodies) is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. REFUNDS AND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
